FEEL heard, FEEL supported and FEEL empowered

A high-touch, 1:1 program for women ready to address the root cause of weight struggles — not just manage symptoms

This is for you if...

You feel stuck in a body that isn’t responding – no matter how hard you try

  • No matter how consistent you are, your weight feels stuck
  • You have been on a rollercoaster with your weight, it’s been up and down for years

You have tried every diet and weight loss protocol, but nothing has stuck

  • You feel disheartened and overwhelmed
  • You find yourself envious of people who can easily lose weight

Your relationship with food feels exhausting

  • You think about food all day — what to eat, what not to eat
  • At night you can’t control your cravings
  • You feel guilty after eating certain foods
  • You start again every Monday

Your body feels like it’s working against you

  • You hold weight around your stomach and hips
  • Your energy is so inconsistent and that makes committing hard
  • You feel puffy, inflamed, or uncomfortable in your body

FEEL heard, FEEL supported, FEEL empowered

You are not broken...

Unfortunetly our body's are hardwired to retain weight, this is why conventional weight loss DOESN'T WORK

As a Melbourne women’s health naturopath and clinical naturopath, I focus on the underlying reasons for your weight gain. Treating the root cause is the only way to achieve sustainable results. Through comprehensive case taking, pathology, and functional testing, we work collaboratively to create the best plan for your health and wellbeing.

Looking at:

  • Hormones (thyroid, cortisol, reproductive)
  • Gut health and digestion
  • Blood sugar and metabolism
  • Stress and nervous system
  • Nutrition and lifestyle patterns

You won’t leave our consults with 100 pills and a lifetime prescription but rather a tailored treatment plan that we have chatted about, compromised on and implemented. If required herbs, supplements and flower essences may be prescribed but this will never be the only option. I work a lot with nutrition advice and like to make sustainable change with nutrition and lifestyle.

There are so many factors impacting weight gain, we are here to figure out your driving factors

Hormone Health

Hormones play a huge role in how your body regulates weight — not just how much you eat or move. Things like cortisol (stress), insulin (blood sugar), thyroid hormones, and estrogen all influence metabolism, fat storage, hunger, and energy. When these are out of balance, your body can hold onto weight, increase cravings, or struggle to burn energy efficiently

Gut and Digestive Health

Gut and digestive health play a big role in weight regulation. Your gut influences how well you absorb nutrients, how full you feel, and your hunger and cravings. When digestion is off or gut bacteria are imbalanced, it can lead to bloating, inflammation, and disrupted metabolism — making weight changes harder.

Mood, Stress and Sleep

High stress increases cortisol, which can drive cravings, fat storage, and energy dips. Poor sleep disrupts hunger hormones, making you feel hungrier and less satisfied. When your nervous system is supported and sleep is consistent, your body can regulate appetite, energy, and metabolism much more effectively.

You’ve spent years cycling through diets, chasing every new fitness trend, and carrying quiet shame about your body.

And there’s that familiar sting when another friend shares how easily the weight came off — and you’re left wondering, why can’t it be that simple for me?

The truth...

You don’t need another diet, you don’t need a list of foods to cut out and you don’t need an expensive calorie tracking app.

What you do need is a guided return to nourishment, to put your trust in someone who will unpack the food noise, the emotional eating and the habits that are keeping you stuck.

In our consults, we will do this and more…

♦ A deep dive into your habits, nutrition, pathology and more to uncover the reason you can’t lose weight, to set you up for sustainable results.

Why See A Naturopath?

We don’t just manage symptoms – we uncover what’s really going on in your body. You’ll get support that integrates your mind, body, lifestyle and emotions – not just a supplement list.

Real Stories, Real Results

“I couldn’t recommend Caitlin more highly! From the moment I walked in, I felt deeply listened to and genuinely cared for. The consult was incredibly thorough, and I left feeling both empowered and excited with a personalised treatment plan.”

Caitlin took the time to listen closely to all of my symptoms — some of which I’d been dealing with for years and hadn’t felt truly heard about before. She has such a calm, compassionate presence.

After seeing SO MANY doctors and specialists, Caitlin was the first to truly listen to me. She went right back through my history and really took the time to understand me. I love her practical, real-life approach.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Frequently Asked Questions

To put your mind at ease — because the unknown can be scary.

What actually happens in the program?

We start with a 90-minute initial consultation where we explore your full health picture — including symptoms, history, lifestyle, and any blood work. From there, you receive a personalised plan covering nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements if appropriate.
You then have weekly 1:1 sessions across 12 weeks, where we review progress, make adjustments, and support your body through each phase — including nutrition, metabolism, hormones, gut health, and habits.

How is this different from a standard consultation?

A standard consultation is usually a one-off session with general recommendations. This program is a 12-week, high-touch 1:1 process, where we work together over time. It allows us to not only identify what’s going on, but actually support and adjust things as your body responds — rather than leaving you to figure it out alone.

Do I need to already have blood tests done?

No. If you already have recent blood tests, we can absolutely review them. If not, we can discuss whether any testing is appropriate and organise referrals if needed. It’s not a requirement to begin.

What if I have already tried diets and weight loss programs?

That’s actually very common. This program is designed for people who feel like they’ve “tried everything” but haven’t had lasting results. Instead of another restrictive plan, we focus on why your body hasn’t been responding — so we can support the underlying systems involved in weight, energy, and metabolism.

Will supplements/ other testing be included?

If appropriate, yes. Supplement recommendations are personalised based on your symptoms and health picture. Functional testing or pathology may also be suggested where it will provide deeper insight, but everything is discussed and tailored to you — nothing is unnecessary or generic.

What kind of changes can I see in 12 weeks?

Everyone is different, but commonly people notice improvements in energy, digestion, cravings, food noise, and hormonal symptoms. Weight changes can also occur as your body begins to regulate more effectively. The main goal is to create sustainable change and a better understanding of your body, not quick fixes.

Do I get resources or guidance outside of the sessions?

Yes. You’ll receive ongoing support throughout the program, including personalised resources such as nutrition guidance, recipes, handouts, and lifestyle tools. You’ll also complete check-ins before sessions so we can track progress and tailor support week by week.
