Hormone Health

I work with women across all life stages—from adolescence to menopause—supporting PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, perimenopause and thyroid dysfunction. Whether it be to decrease the pain of periods, promote regularity or improve the symptoms around your cycle there is so much we can do.

Gut and Digestive Health

Your gut is at the core of your overall wellbeing, influencing everything from immunity and skin to hormones and mental health. I support clients with a range of digestive concerns, working with you to not fear foods and heal your gut once and for all.

Mood, Stress and Sleep

These three are so commonly linked it’s hard to dive deep into treating one without the other. When stress becomes chronic, it can deeply affect your mood, energy and sleep. On the other hand sleep affects mood, your ability to cope with stress and your energy. As you can see, this is a domino effect that a lot of people don’t even realise is happening.

Why settle for 'just okay'? A naturopathic perspective

I’ve been there — the endless cycle of birth control to manage hormones, painkillers to survive period cramps, and no idea why any of it was happening.

As a clinical naturopath, I focus on the underlying reasons for your symptoms. Through comprehensive case taking, pathology and functional testing, we work together to create a plan that actually works.

CLIENT LOVE

Real Stories, Real Results

“I couldn’t recommend Caitlin more highly! From the moment I walked in, I felt deeply listened to and genuinely cared for. The consult was incredibly thorough, and I left feeling both empowered and excited with a personalised treatment plan.”

Caitlin took the time to listen closely to all of my symptoms — some of which I’d been dealing with for years and hadn’t felt truly heard about before. She has such a calm, compassionate presence.

After seeing SO MANY doctors and specialists, Caitlin was the first to truly listen to me. She went right back through my history and really took the time to understand me. I love her practical, real-life approach.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Frequently Asked Questions

To put your mind at ease — because the unknown can be scary.

What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on treating the root cause of symptoms, not just masking them. It combines evidence-based natural medicine, nutrition, lifestyle guidance and herbal remedies to support the body’s ability to heal.

What can a naturopath help with?

As a Melbourne women’s health naturopath, I support women through every life stage — from adolescence to perimenopause and menopause. This includes concerns like hormonal imbalances (PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause), irregular or painful periods, skin issues (acne, eczema, rosacea), digestive complaints (bloating, IBS, food sensitivities), fatigue, burnout, low mood, anxiety, sleep disturbances and thyroid or metabolic concerns

What happens in the initial consultation?

In your initial 70-minute consult, we explore your full health story, review symptoms, lifestyle and diet, and begin forming a tailored plan with herbs, supplements and lifestyle strategies. You’ll walk away feeling heard, supported and empowered with a clear direction forward.

Can I book if I’m already seeing a doctor or specialist?

Absolutely. Naturopathic care can work beautifully alongside other medical or allied health treatments. I’m happy to collaborate with other health professionals to ensure your care is well-rounded and safe.

Do you offer functional testing?

Yes, I have access to a wide range of functional tests including hormone panels, gut microbiome testing, food intolerances, nutrient analysis and more. I’ll only recommend testing if it will provide helpful insights for your case.

How many sessions will I need?

This really depends on your goals and the complexity of your symptoms. Most clients begin with an initial consult, followed by 1–2 return visits to refine and adjust their plan.

What should I bring to an appointment?

When you book an appointment, an intake form will be sent directly to you. Please make sure you have filled this out before your appointment. I will spend 1-2 hours preparing for your consultation, researching and planning – therefore it’s important to have the intake form and any blood or functional tests sent through prior to this.
