Who We Help
Low Mood, Anxiety and Depression
Persistent sadness, worry or irritability can affect every part of your life – work, relationships, sleep and energy. These symptoms aren’t a personal failing but rather your body letting you know other systems are out of balance.
“I was overwhelmed and anxious most days, nothing I tried seemed to help. Working with Caitlin gave me the tools and guidance to get back to life”
When your down days start to become more frequent
Persistent sadness, worry or irritability can affect every part of your life — work, relationships, sleep and energy.
These symptoms aren’t a personal failing. They often reflect imbalances in hormones, neurotransmitters, gut health, stress levels, and lifestyle factors. Understanding the root cause is the first step toward meaningful support.
The good news is that identifying the issue is the first step, the next step is taking action.
How Naturopathy Can Help With Mood Naturally
Throughout our consult I will ask targeted questions to understand the root cause of your concerns so we can sustainably improve you mood and mental health.
Together we will look at:
Nutrition and Lifestyle
Herbs and Supplements
Functional Testing
Mission and Vision
Our vision is to create a space where you feel confident in your body and connected to your health journey. Together, we’ll co-create a personalised plan that supports balance, resilience, and long-term vitality — a plan rooted in sustainable habits, practical strategies, and evidence-based guidance, not quick fixes.
Our Approach
We take a holistic, client-centred approach that sees you as a whole person — not just a list of symptoms. Your journey is unique, and so is your care. Through thorough consultations, functional testing (where appropriate), and a deep understanding of your story, we uncover the root causes of imbalance.
Blood test review
If you have been told your blood tests are fine but you still feel like something’s off than it may be time to dig a little deeper.
We offer pathology reviews to ensure that your not just surviving and your ranges are optimal.
To rule out any compounding factors we will analyse thyroid and hormone results, nutrient deficencies, blood glucose levels, liver functioning and immune functioning in the body.

What To Expect From Your Appointment
Your first consultation is all about understanding you — your symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals — so we can create a personalised plan that works for you and your overall wellbeing.
-
Comprehensive health review: We’ll go over your medical history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, and medications or supplements.
-
Investigations: I may recommend blood tests, stool testing or extra hormone testing to pinpoint root causes. Tests are at the discretion of the client and will only be recommended in certain clinical presentations.
-
Personalised recommendations: These could include dietary adjustments, targeted supplements, lifestyle strategies, or herbal medicine to support your body and menstrual cycle.
-
Follow-up plan: We’ll set realistic goals, track progress and adjust your plan as needed to ensure sustainable results. It’s normal to experience small changes quickly, however, it can take up to 3 months to feel completely back to normal.
