Persistent fatigue is one of the most common symptoms I see in clinic. Chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue and burnout are all signs that your body is asking for support.

I completely understand how the smallest tasks can feel impossible and just functioning takes every ounce of energy. You reminisce on everything you used to get done in the day and are constantly reminded by friends and family how much energy you just don’t have.

Blood test review

If you have been told your blood tests are fine but you still feel exhausted than it may be time to dig a little deeper.

We offer pathology reviews to ensure that you’re not just surviving and your ranges are optimal.

To rule out causes of your fatigue we will analyse thyroid and hormone results, nutrient deficiencies, blood glucose levels, liver functioning and immune functioning in the body.

Postpartum fatigue

After birth, your body is working tirelessly to rebuild nutrient stores, heal tissues, regulate hormones and most importantly care for your new bub. Stress levels can be at an all time high and your body may need support in regulating and promoting recovery.

What To Expect From Your Appointment

Your first consultation is all about understanding you — your symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals — so we can create a personalised plan that works for your energy and overall wellbeing.

  • Comprehensive health review: We’ll go over your medical history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, and medications or supplements.

  • Investigations: I may recommend blood tests, stool testing or extra hormone testing to pinpoint root causes. Tests are at the discretion of the client and will only be recommended in certain clinical presentations. 

  • Personalised recommendations: These could include dietary adjustments, targeted supplements, lifestyle strategies, or herbal medicine to support your body and menstrual cycle.

  • Follow-up plan: We’ll set realistic goals, track progress and adjust your plan as needed to ensure sustainable results. It’s normal to experience small changes quickly, however, it can take up to 3 months to feel back to normal.
